Usually, we can solve the problems by offering technical support. If there are irremediable defects with the goods, you can return them back to us for repairing or replacement.

Return and Full Refund
In 7 days (from the date products were received), if you find the products with quality problems, they can be returned and refunded. You need to send the them back (you need to pay the shipping fees about $30). We shall not be responsible for goods lost in transit when sent back. When we receive the products, we will give you a full refund.

Replacement
In 30 days (from the date products were received), if you find the products with quality problems, we can send you another ones via CHINA POST. You will get them within 15 to 30 days. We will pay the shipping fees for the replaced products. If you want to refund, you need to send the products back and you are responsible for the fees for delivery. Meanwhile, we also deduct 6 percent as handling fees.
