If you fail to pay, please don't be worried. We will send an email with a link to you so that you can try again.

We have listed the reasons as the following:

1. Insufficient Funds: There is no sufficient Funds in your account, you should check your credit card account balance.
2. Address Verification Failed: You should check the address you have filled in.
3. 3D Secure Authentication failed: You should check your 3D code and fill in again.
4. Card Security Code verification failed: You should check your card security code and fill in again.
5. Duplicated Session ID (Order Information) : If you pay the same order repeatedly, we will only accept one of your payments. (That is to say, if you pay more than one time, then only one of your payments will success,  other payment(s) will fail.)
6. Other reasons: you should contact your bank.
7. Change your credit card: You can pay for your orders via VISA. Currently, we don't support Master Card for paying.
